I did it! I got up at 6:15 am and jogged. I never did the mornings of a school day before because of the kids. My middle child - 13 - is a slug and is very hard to get up. I knew I had to be back in time to make sure he had his medication and got out the door by 7:04 (he's precise). I woke him and told him I was leaving. Well, when I got home (6:51, I actually left at 6:21), he was up! Great news.
Only 3 more days of school. Summer running should be okay - no kids to deal with. My biggest worry is that I won't feel like it one day, and just lapse........
Yesterday I ate 2 cookies because it's Oreo Cookie activities at school in my classroom. I have to remember not to eat just because I'm running (I mean eat yucky stuff).

Howdy! Great start on your blog!! You're strong and fit, but you still need to take baby steps - baby steps, as to avoid getting burned out, an illness, or worse an injury. I'll be dropping by reading your blog regularly...YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE!!!
