It's been a WEEK

I didn't want to today - but I did. I pushed myself (get ready to be impressed). I did 2 miles in 27 minutes. LOL. 3 minutes off and it almost killed me - well, I'm exaggerating - I could breathe and all - but it was hard. I did intervals - "fast," and slooow.

Your consistency is very inspiring! I sometimes trick myself out the door, I'll say to myself, "I'll just run for 10 minutes and if it's too much I'll return home, but once I'm out there I'll run my planned workout.
